General Miscellaneous Provisions (a) This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, joint venture, or partnership between the Parties, or to impose any partnership obligation or liability upon any Party. Other Miscellaneous Terms The Card and your obligations under this Agreement may not be assigned. We may transfer our rights under this Agreement. We do not waive our rights by delaying or failing to exercise them at any time. If any provision of this Agreement shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any rule, law, or regulation of any governmental agency, local, state, or federal, the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement shall not be affected. This Agreement will be governed by the law of the State of Delaware except to the extent governed by federal law.
RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.
Miscellaneous Services INSURER shall provide such other administrative support to the Fund as mutually agreed between INSURER and AIM or the Fund from time to time. INSURER shall, from time to time, relieve the Fund of other usual or incidental administration services of the type ordinarily borne by mutual funds that offer shares to individual members of the general public.
