Miscellaneous Matters. The parties agree that electronic transmissions, such as e-mails, may be used and considered as written transmissions under the terms of this Contract. The parties agree that where there are references to statutes, policies or administrative rules, those references shall automatically be amended to refer to renumbered statutes, policies, or administrative rules as appropriate.
