MISCELLEANOUS. The Standing Conciliator shall not assign, delegate or sub-contract any of his/her duties, without the agreement of the Parties to the Contract. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules referred to in the Contract, amended as required.
