Misrepresentation or Falsification of Information. If the Department determines that the Contractor has misrepresented or falsified information furnished to a Potential Enrollee, Prospective Enrollee, Enrollee, Provider, the Department or CMS, the Department may impose a sanction of $1,000.00 to $5,000.00.
