Mistakes in Documentation. 20.1 The Contractor shall promptly correct at its own cost any error, discrepancy or omission in any Document prepared by it or on its behalf.
20.2 Subject to Sub-clause 20.3, the Contractor shall if required or agreed by the Project Manager correct any error, discrepancy or omission in any Document provided to it by the Purchaser or the Project Manager for the purposes of the Works and shall be paid as an addition to the Contract Price the additional Cost it incurs in making such correction and in overcoming the consequences of such error, discrepancy or omission. However, if the need for correction has arisen by reason of any inaccurate data, Document or information provided by the Contractor and on which the Purchaser or the Project Manager was entitled to or did reasonably rely, then the Contractor shall itself bear its additional cost and there shall be no adjustment to the Contract Price.
