Project Documentation definition

Project Documentation additional documentation agreed by both parties and appended to a Statement of Work to further clarify the Service being delivered;
Project Documentation means the compilation of documentation generated by LONZA in preparation of and during the performance of a given SOW, including executed Batch Records, Material specifications, protocols, validation documentation according to the respective SOW, component records, test records and test record forms, certificates of analysis, study protocols, study summary reports, deviation reports, laboratory investigations, environment excursions, formulation records, and other related documents.
Project Documentation means the purchase order and any terms and conditions or Contracts incorporated therein by reference or otherwise in respect of a Material Order.

  • The District requires the following Final Project Documentation from the Contractor at traffic signal turn-ons in electronic format in addition to hard copies where noted.

  • The foregoing indemnification applies, without limitation, to any use of the Project Documentation on other projects, for additions to this Project, or for completion of this Project by others, excepting only such use as may be authorized, in writing, by the Engineer.

Project Documentation means the stage P project documentation under development by the Lessor / Lessor’s contractor in accordance with Resolution No. 87 issued by the Government of the Russian Federation on 16.02.2008 “On the composition of the project documentation sections and requirements to their content” and on the basis of the Terms of Reference given in Appendix 3 to the Preliminary Agreement, with the aim to erect the Building and Checkpoints on the Land Plot;
