Common use of Mistakes in Information Clause in Contracts

Mistakes in Information. The Service Provider shall be responsible for the accuracy of all drawings, documentation and information supplied to the Customer by the Service Provider in connection with the supply of the Services and shall pay the Customer any extra costs occasioned by any discrepancies, errors or omissions therein.
