MOA Limited Reopeners FY2018 and FY2019. The Parties will reopen negotiations under this MOA beginning in the first week of September 2016 and 2017, respectively, for the sole purpose of seeking to reach agreement as to what COLA, if any, and what Merit Pay Adjustments, if any, and what funding conditions and requirements for both items shall be included in the USM budget request submitted to the Governor for FY2018 and FY2019. All other terms and conditions of the MOA covering the period July 1, 2016-June 30, 2019, shall remain in full force and effect, except as otherwise provided herein.
