Common use of Mobile Banking and Alerts Clause in Contracts

Mobile Banking and Alerts. 43.19.1 The Bank may offer the facility of Mobile Banking or Alerts on mobile or e-mail to all or any of the Cardholders for information only and may discontinue the same at its own discretion. The Bank on best effort basis may display certain pre-defined Alerts. However, the Bank shall not be responsible or liable for the timeliness, completeness, accuracy and successful delivery or receipt of the Alerts.
