Common use of Mobilization Time Clause in Contracts

Mobilization Time. The Contractor shall mobilize the desired equipment and manpower within the time frame as specified in Clause 18 of Data Sheet to start the works of Design, construction, supply, installation, commissioning and testing of steel pontoons, walkway and gangways for providing floating terminal facilities in full capacity.
