Common use of Moderna Support Clause in Contracts

Moderna Support. Following Merck’s issuance of a Replacement Notice, Merck may request Moderna’s reasonable support to initiate the Manufacturing of the Backup Elected Candidate, such support from Moderna not to be unreasonably conditioned or withheld. Any such support will be conducted consistent with the terms of this Agreement and any applicable Supply Agreement, and Merck will pay for any reasonable expenses incurred by Moderna in providing such support.
