Modification and Repeal. The Employer agrees to modify or repeal the Governing Rules, Internal Rules, Operating Policies, Administrative Procedures and university constitutions which are in conflict with or are superseded by this Agreement.

Modification and Amendment This Contract may be modified only by a written amendment executed by all parties hereto and approved by the appropriate officials.
