Common use of Modification for Lender Clause in Contracts

Modification for Lender. If, in connection with obtaining construction, interim or permanent financing for the Project, the lender or any ground lessor shall request reasonable modifications in this Lease as a condition to such financing, Tenant will not unreasonably withhold, delay or defer its consent thereto, provided that such modifications do not increase the obligations of Tenant hereunder or materially adversely affect the leasehold interest hereby created or Tenant's rights hereunder.

Modification for Lender. If, in connection with obtaining construction, interim or permanent financing for the ProjectBuilding, the lender or any ground lessor shall request reasonable modifications in this Lease as a condition to such financing, Tenant will not unreasonably withhold, delay or defer its consent thereto, provided that such modifications do not increase the obligations of Tenant hereunder or materially adversely affect the leasehold interest hereby created or Tenant's ’s rights hereunder.

If, If in connection with obtaining construction, interim or permanent financing for the ProjectSite and/or the Building (or any interest therein), the lender or any ground lessor shall request reasonable modifications in this Lease as a condition to such financing, Tenant will not unreasonably withhold, delay or defer its consent thereto, provided that such modifications do not materially increase the obligations of Tenant hereunder or materially adversely affect the leasehold interest hereby created or materially diminish Tenant's ’s rights hereunder.

Tenant will shall not unreasonably withhold, delay or defer its consent thereto, provided that such modifications do not materially increase the obligations of Tenant hereunder or materially adversely affect the leasehold interest hereby created or Tenant's Xxxxxx’s rights hereunder.

If, in connection with obtaining construction, interim or permanent financing for the ProjectProject or the Premises, the lender or any ground lessor shall request Landlord’s Lender requests reasonable modifications in to this Lease as a condition to such financing, Tenant will not unreasonably withhold, delay or defer its consent thereto, provided that such modifications do not materially increase the obligations of Tenant hereunder or materially adversely affect the leasehold interest hereby created or Tenant's ’s rights hereunder.

Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in reviewing and completing such modifications.
