Common use of Modification of the Contract Clause in Contracts

Modification of the Contract. i. Any changes to the terms and conditions contained in this Contract will be notified to the Account Holder by means of an e-mail by no later than two (2) months before the date proposed for entry into force. ii. The Account Holder shall communicate any objection to the proposed changes within two (2) months and shall have the right to terminate the Contract without incurring any termination fees. Any failure to send such objection will be deemed by Finductive as automatic acceptance of the updated Contract.
