Common use of Modification of the Service Clause in Contracts

Modification of the Service. Ground Control may discontinue, add to or revise any or all aspects of the Service in its sole discretion and without notice. Ground Control specifically reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, supplement, delete, discontinue or remove any software, file, publications, information, communication or other content appearing on or transmitted through the Service. If a material modification to the Service is made, you may terminate this Agreement in accordance with the terms set forth herein. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.
