Notification Period. All bargaining unit members shall receive a thirty (30) calendar days notice (or salary in lieu of notice) for termination. Upon termination, accumulated vacation time will be paid, in accordance with Article IV. Holidays, Paid Time Off and Leaves, Section B. Paid Time Off. Such payout shall not be counted as part of the terminal notification period.
