Notification Period. All bargaining unit members shall receive a thirty (30) calendar days notice (or salary in lieu of notice) for termination. Upon termination, accumulated vacation time will be paid, in accordance with Article IV. Holidays, Paid Time Off and Leaves, Section B. Paid Time Off. Such payout shall not be counted as part of the terminal notification period.
Notification Period. 1) Employees receiving notice of potential layoff off/displacement under Section
1. A. will receive a notification period of thirty (30) days. Employees receiving notice of potential layoff off/displacement under Section 1.B. will receive a notification period of sixty (60) days.
2) During the notification period, employees will have preferential consideration for vacancies according to Section 3, Placement During Notification Period.
3) If at any time during this notification period, a sufficient number of employees have been placed to eliminate the need for further displacement, the notification period may be canceled by the Employer.
Notification Period. If the Parent wishes to withdraw the Student from the College, or defer the Student’s enrolment at the College, the Applicant must give to the College one term’s notice in writing signed by each of the Parents who signed the Enrolment Agreement or pay to the College the equivalent of one term’s Tuition Fees. No ‘part of’ a term or school holiday period will be included in determining the notice period. The following notice periods apply for the withdrawal of a Student:
a. Day Student: One full term’s notice is required, in writing to the Principal, before the withdrawal of a day Student from the College. If the required notice is not given, one full term’s Tuition Fees will be charged in lieu of notice.

The customer will have to make its own assessment as to whether the security incident qualifies as a 'data leak' and must be reported to the Data Protection Authority. AgroVision will keep the customer informed on progress and the measures taken. AgroVision records all security incidents and handles them according to a standard procedure (workflow).
Notification Period. Except as provided in clause 2.9 the contract of employment may be terminated by the Employer or employee giving notice as provided in the following table: Not more than 1 year At least 1 week More than 1 year but not more than 3 years At least 2 weeks More than 3 years but not more than 5 years At least 3 weeks More than 5 years At least 4 weeks Provided that where the employee is aged over 45 years and has more than two years continuous service, the period of notice shall be five weeks. Where mutually agreed a shorter period of notice may be given without payment, or forfeiture of payment in lieu. Summary Dismissal. The Employer may summarily dismiss an employee deemed guilty of gross misconduct or neglect of duty and the employee shall not be entitled to any notice or payment in lieu of notice. Normal disciplinary procedures do not apply in this case.
Notification Period. HiveMQ will give timely notice to Customer at least twelve months prior to such modification.
Notification Period. In order to have the right to claim a credit, incidents have to be reported to us until 10 cal- ender days after their occurence at the latest. Restrictions Exempted from the SLA are problems with regard to the performance or availability of the online services that: (i.) are due to incidents beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, governmental measures, administrative decisions, blockades, war, and other military conflicts, mobilisation, civil unrest, terror attacks, strike, lockout, and other industrial unrest, confiscation, embargo, failure of network or apparatus outside our computer cen- ters, amongst others at your site or between your site and our computer center).
Notification Period. In the event that paragraph (A) applies, each Lender may submit a certificate setting out a calculation of the amount claimed by it to the Agent within the period (the "CERTIFICATION PERIOD") of 10 Business Days after the end of each Relevant Period. The Agent will notify the Borrower of the amount claimed by that Lender within five Business Days after the end of the relevant Certification Period.
