Modification of Western Facilities Sample Clauses

Modification of Western Facilities. Western reserves the right, at any time, to modify its facilities. Western shall keep the Contractor informed of all planned modifications to Western facilities which impact the facilities installation pursuant to the contract. Western shall permit the Contractor to change or modify its facilities, in a manner satisfactory to and at no cost or expense to Western, to retain the facilities interconnection pursuant to the contract. At the Contractor’s option, Western shall cooperate with the Contractor in planning alternate arrangements for service which shall be implemented at no cost or expense to Western. The Contractor and Western shall modify the contract, as necessary, to conform to the new facilities arrangements.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to Z-Tel.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Rest Facilities The District shall provide lunchroom, restroom, and lavatory facilities for employee use at each work site.
