ACCESS TO FACILITIES definition

ACCESS TO FACILITIES. The District is supportive of providing community access to Facilities when not required for the delivery of school programs. As such, the District may make its lands and buildings available for use by community groups, not for profit entities, and at the sole discretion of the District, private users. Licensees who wish to make use of District Facilities must agree to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
ACCESS TO FACILITIES. The Union and its representatives shall have the right to use College facilities for meetings on a space-available basis at no charge during the hours the College is open. U.S. MAIL DELIVERYUnited States mail on which postage has been paid which is received by the College addressed to a faculty member shall be delivered unopened to the faculty member.
ACCESS TO FACILITIES. The Contractor shall provide the CVB and its contractors and consultants, their subcontractors, sub-consultants, and agents with access to the Facilities at all reasonable times to inspect the same and to make any inspection, repair, or improvement deemed necessary by the Designee, but this right of access shall not impose on the CVB any obligation to make any repair, alteration, addition, or improvement except as specifically provided herein.

ACCESS TO FACILITIES means the making available of any elements or facilities of a telecommunications network or any telecommunications services to another party for the purpose of providing any kind of telecommunications services;

Related to ACCESS TO FACILITIES

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to, the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cables, fiber optic cables, circuits, wires, lines, plant and equipment located under, on or above the surface of the ground within the Public Ways of the City and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility services or Telecommunications Services.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
