Modification or Withdrawal of Bids. The Bidders may modify or withdraw their Bids after submission, but prior to the Due Date, provided that written notice of the modification or withdrawal is received by TSRTC office. The responsibility of submitting the modified bid, on or before the Due Date will rest solely with the Bidders. The Bidders cannot modify their Bids after the Due Date & Time. The Bids shall only be modified, if the same is requested by TSRTC only to accommodate clarifications on the Bids submitted. In the event of withdrawal of a Bid by the Bidder after the Due Date but within the Bid validity period, the Bid Security of the Bidder shall become liable for forfeiture.
