The Participant may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, re-engineer or otherwise create or permit or assist others to create the Associated Software or the Hosted System, or to create any derivative works from the Associated Software or the Hosted System. The Participant may not modify the Associated Software or combine the Associated Software with any other software or services not provided or approved by the NDHIN.
