Common use of Modifications of Standards Clause in Contracts

Modifications of Standards. The Standard of Apprenticeship may be amended at any time upon mutual agreement of the Company and the Union and approval of the Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training, providing that no such change shall alter an Apprenticeship Agreement in force at the time of such change without the written consent of the Apprentice. A copy of any such amendments will be furnished to each Apprentice employed by the Company.
