MODIFIED DUTY MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS. Employees going to doctor appointments or physical therapy appointments during their modified duty hours are to code their timecard with the appropriate Industrial/Sick Leave Code for the time spent at these appointments. Doctor appointments and physical therapy appointments are not compensated by overtime.
