Common use of Monday morning Clause in Contracts

Monday morning. For the purpose of this Article, a “day” means a calendar day commencing at 12:01 a.m. 15.03 In no case shall there be a duplication or pyramiding of overtime or any other premium compensation. 15.04 An employee working in excess of forty (40) hours in a work week (inclusive of hours worked on a Paid Holiday as provided for in Article 30 of the Collective Agreement during the same work week), shall qualify for overtime pay for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in such work week and this shall not be considered a duplication or pyramiding of premium compensation.
