Afternoon Shift. (i) Afternoon Shift is any shift where the normal ceasing time is later than 6.00 p.m. but not later than midnight.
(ii) The additional loading for ordinary hours only shall be twenty-five percent (25%) of the all purpose rate applying to the Employees' classification.
Afternoon Shift. If a second shift is employed, the hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours of work between the hours of 4:30 P.M. and 12:30 A.M. for which eight (8) hours will be paid and a shift premium of sixty-one cents (61¢) shall be added on to the classified hourly rate.
Afternoon Shift. Where a second shift is employed, the hours of work will be seven and one-half (7 1/2) for which eight (8) hours will be paid, plus a premium of fifty cents ($.50) per hour. There will be a thirty (30) minute lunch period.
Afternoon Shift. When the majority of hours on an employee's assigned shift fall between the hours of 3:00p.m. and 11:00p.m. inclusive, he will be considered as working on the afternoon shift.
Afternoon Shift. The regular working week shall consist of not more than forty (40) hours of work to be performed during the regular shift period except where a shorter work week is established in accordance with Section (e). A regular shift period shall consist of not more than eight (8) hours of work to be performed on Monday to Friday inclusive of each week (exclusive of the vacation period and holidays) between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. with one-half hour for lunch which is to be taken between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Afternoon Shift. The hours of work for those employees engaged in a shift, the major portion of which falls between 16:00 and 24:00 hours (4:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight), shall be any eight (8) consecutive hours, including adequate time off for lunch, for five (5) days per week.
Afternoon Shift. Commences at 4:00 p.m. or up to 4 hours before or after 4:00 p.m. as determined by the Employer. Payment shall be at straight time rates plus shift premium for the first 8 hours worked Monday to Friday inclusive. For all work performed after 8 hours and on Saturdays, Sundays and Recognized Holidays, payment shall be at prevailing overtime rates plus shift premium for hours worked.
Afternoon Shift. An Employee whilst on afternoon shift shall be paid for such shift 50% more than the Employee’s ordinary rate.
Afternoon Shift. 12:2.3.1 Afternoon shift shall be between the hours of 2:30 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. with all hours of work consecutive.
Afternoon Shift. Afternoon shift is hereby defined as any full-time shift commencing at the hour of 2:00 p.m. or between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., which terminates not later than two (2) hours after midnight.
