Common use of Money Back Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Money Back Guarantee. If You are the original licensee of the Software and Services and are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, please make no further use of the Software and Services and contact (i) the authorized reseller that sold You the Software and Services, or (ii) the authorized reseller that sold You the device that includes the Software and Services as pre-loaded in the device, if You obtained the Software and Services as part of a device bundled offering, or (iii) Symantec Customer Service, using the contact details set out in Section 12 of this License Agreement, for information on how to obtain a refund of the amount You paid for the current Service Period (less shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes except in certain states and countries where shipping, handling and taxes are refundable) at any time during the sixty (60) day period following the date of purchase of an annual subscription or within thirty (30) days following the date of purchase of a monthly subscription. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing does not apply if You obtained the Software and Services from Your Service Provider.
