Dedicated Servers. There are no refunds on dedicated servers. The forty-five (45) day money- back guarantee does not apply to dedicated servers.
Dedicated Servers. Certain Multimedia Programmes may offer you, weither free of charge or against payment, the option to create your own server allowing you to administer sections (public or private), to invite or refuse access to other players, and to set forth specific rules for each part (hereinafter referred to as "Dedicated Servers"). You hereby accept sole and exclusive liability of administration and/or use of a dedicated server and shall guarantee and hold harmless Focus Home Interactive against any damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from administration and/or use of a Dedicated Server. Consequently, Focus Home Interactive may under no circumstances whatsoever be held liable for any temporary or definitive incident occurring on a Dedicated Server.
Dedicated Servers. Strat Hostess reserves the right to reset the password on a dedicated server if the password on file is not current so that we may do security audits as required by our datacentre. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is a valid email address and current root password on file for your dedicated server to prevent downtime from forced password resets. Strat Hostess reserves the right to audit servers as needed and to perform administrative actions at the request of our datacentre. Dedicated servers are NOT backed up by us. It is your responsibility to maintain backups. Dedicated servers that have invoices outstanding for more than ten (10) days may be subject to deletion which will result in the loss of all data on the server. Strat Hostess will not be liable for any loss of data resulting from such deletion.
Dedicated Servers. (“Dedicated Servers”) are defined as computers that are rented from CeraNet in their entirety by one unique Client and coupled with rack space, bandwidth, power and Ethernet ports for use on the Internet. All services performed on the server come without warranty or guarantee. CeraNet is responsible for network and power connectivity up to the exterior interface of the computer and all hardware related failures, whereas Client is responsible for all other aspects of the computer not explicitly defined otherwise in this Agreement. Dedicated Server Clients that utilize CeraNet have the option to participate in the Managed Services, as detailed below. By default, all Dedicated Servers will receive Unmanaged Service as described below.

If the traffic or bandwidth on your site reaches a level, either temporarily or consistently, where it is impacting on the performance of other sites on the same server, we reserve the right to move it to a dedicated server (or multiple servers for exceptionally busy sites) which will incur additional hosting fees. If your website is connected to an Artlogic Database and you are offering ecommerce which updates the database on demand, you will require two servers. All clients with websites on Dedicated Servers are required to use CloudFlare which we can help you set up.

Full Stack Team Six Company Limited offers a fifteen (15) day money- back guarantee for Full Stack Team Six Company Limited managed shared, VPS, and reseller hosting services only. Subject to the terms described under "Cancellations & Refunds" below, if you are not completely satisfied with these hosting services and you terminate your account within fifteen (15) days of signing up for the Services, you will be given a full refund of the amount paid for hosting. This money-back guarantee only applies to fees paid for hosting services and does not apply to administrative fees, install fees for custom software or other setup fees, or to any fees for any other additional services.
