Common use of Money Back Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Money Back Guarantee. If Customer is unsatisfied with the Software, Customer can return the Software within 15 days of the purchase date and receive a refund of 100% of the license fees paid to Company. In order to qualify for this refund, Customer must: (a) return the Software within 15 days of the purchase date; (b) provide Company with a copy of Customer’s original sales receipt, credit card statement, or canceled check; (c) provide Company with complete contact information for Customer, including address, telephone number and e-mail address (if applicable); and (d) uninstall the Software from all computers on which Customer installed the Software and destroy any CDs or other devices that contain the Software.
