If Customer is unsatisfied with the Software, Customer can return the Software within 15 days of the purchase date and receive a refund of 100% of the license fees paid to Company. In order to qualify for this refund, Customer must: (a) return the Software within 15 days of the purchase date; (b) provide Company with a copy of Customer’s original sales receipt, credit card statement, or canceled check; (c) provide Company with complete contact information for Customer, including address, telephone number and e-mail address (if applicable); and (d) uninstall the Software from all computers on which Customer installed the Software and destroy any CDs or other devices that contain the Software.
