Upon establishment of all ERISA Title 1, 403(b)(7) & Xxxxx Plans account(s) will automatically default to the Fidelity Government Cash Reserves (FDRXX). ERISA Title 1 plans include: Profit sharing plans, 401(k), Xxxx 401(k), Simple 401(k), Individual 401(k), Qualified deferred compensation plans, Defined benefit plans, Target benefit plans, and Money purchase pension plans. Upon execution of the Client Signature Page, you hereby appoint Royal Alliance’s clearing firm, NFS, as your authorized agent to establish and maintain your sweep account. You may not utilize another Sweep product.
