EASO is implementing a structured Monitoring and Evaluation methodology allowing evidence-based measurement of progress, corrective action-taking and reflective reviews. The National Authorities shall commit to supporting the evaluation process and participating in such engagements with evaluators by mutually agreed appointments. Upon the entry into force of the EUAA Regulation: An evaluation report on the results of the operational and technical measures shall be submitted to the Management Board on conclusion of an evaluation. The report on the final (ex post) evaluation will be due within 60 days from the end of the Plan. For transparency and accountability purposes, evaluation report(s) may be shared publicly on the Agency’s website after internal checks have been made to ensure compliance with applicable provisions in Regulation (EU) No 2018/17258 and Regulation (EU) No 1049/20019.
