Monitoring Communications. VDOC may monitor communications between inmates with hearing disabilities at VDOC Correctional Facilities and individuals outside of VDOC to the same extent and with the same discretion applied to the monitoring of communications between inmates that do not have hearing disabilities and individuals outside of VDOC.
