Monitoring of Peer Review Recommendations Implementation. The Peer Review Consultant shall monitor the implementation of the Peer Review Recommendations, which monitoring shall cover each of the Reporting Periods beginning with the Second Reporting Period. The Peer Review Consultant shall prepare and deliver to KDMC a report within 60 days of the end of each Reporting Period that evaluates KDMC’s implementation of the Peer Review Recommendations (Monitoring Reports). A copy of the Monitoring Report shall be provided to the OIG in the Annual Report as required by Section V.B of the CIA, beginning with the Second Annual Report.
