Monitoring of Service Levels and Reporting Obligations. The Operator shall provide records of, and reports summarising, the performance of the Services achieved by the Operator against the Service Levels in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 4 (Performance Management). Such recording and monitoring shall be subject to rights of audit in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement including Clause 21 and Schedule 6 (Finance).
