Common use of Monitoring of the Program Clause in Contracts

Monitoring of the Program. The Borrower shall ensure that reporting on progress of the Program during the Program Period through periodic meetings is made by the Borrower’s Department of Budget and Management and relevant line agencies of the Borrower to DOF which will in turn, report to ADB. DOF will, as needed, hold consultative meetings with the private sector and development partner community to solicit their feedback on emerging regulations and the impact of Program implementation during the Program Period.

Monitoring of the Program. The Borrower shall ensure that reporting on progress of the Program during the Program Period through periodic meetings is made by the Borrower’s Department of Budget and Management DBM and relevant line agencies of the Borrower to DOF which will in turn, report to ADB. DOF will, as needed, hold consultative meetings with the private sector and development partner community to solicit their feedback on emerging regulations and the impact of Program implementation during the Program Periodimplementation.

DOF The Executing Agency will, as needed, hold consultative meetings with the private sector stakeholders and development partner community to solicit their feedback on emerging regulations and the impact progress and outcome of Program implementation during the Program PeriodProgram.

The Borrower shall ensure that reporting on progress impact of the Program during following the Program Period through periodic meetings is made by the Borrower’s Department of Budget and Management and relevant line agencies of the Borrower Implementing Agencies to DOF which will in turn, report to ADB.
