Bonuses and Commissions. Employee shall be entitled to certain bonuses and commissions as set forth on Exhibit A hereto;

Bonuses and Commissions. 8.1 – Commission Earned, Payouts, Minimums And Frequency All commissions earned will be applied to a Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant's on-going credit line account which is comprised of commissions and bonuses provided to them by Party Time Mixes. The Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant will automatically use this on-going credit line when placing a wholesale order. A major credit card or PayPal account will need to be used to pay for any remaining balance of the wholesale order. Any available on-going credit line can be issued as a cash payout through a commission paper check or a PayPal payment, which can be requested at anytime. Please contact the home office by using the back office contact page to request a payout by email. Commission paper checks or PayPal payments (depending on which payment method you have selected) will be sent out within 1-3 business days (sometimes payouts can take longer depending on the work load and order volume the home office is experiencing) upon written request by a Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant. There is no minimum amount for commission payouts. Party Time Mixes requests that you keep payout requests to one payout per calendar month as the home office is very busy with daily activities. Payouts sent via PayPal is currently free. If you receive your commission payout via PayPal, you will be required to pay whatever fees PayPal levies against the payout. Typically there are no PayPal fees, but if any should occur, they are solely the consultant’s responsibility. If you reside in the USA and you receive more than $600 in commission payouts by check, Party Time Mixes will require you to provide your SSN or TIN so that a 1099-MISC can be sent to you at the end of the year for your taxes.
Bonuses and Commissions. If the Closing Date occurs in the 2022 calendar year, through the end of 2022, Parent shall continue for the benefit of each Continuing Employee, each Company Benefit Plan that is an annual bonus or annual commission plan in accordance with the terms of each such plan as in effect immediately prior to the Closing Date; provided that bonuses for 2022 shall be paid out under such plan as determined by the Compensation Committee of the Company Board prior to the Closing Date.

Bonuses and Commissions. Executive shall be eligible to participate in Savoy's Bonus Plan and Savoy's Long Term Incentive Compensation Program as may be adopted and approved from time to time by the Board (or a committee or designee thereof).
Bonuses and Commissions. 7.1 Bonuses and Commissions A Consultant must be active (accumulate and/or purchase a minimum of 50 PV within a commission period) in good standing, and in compliance with the Agreement to qualify for bonuses and commissions. So long as the Consultant complies with the terms of the Agreement, Xxxxxxxxx shall pay commissions to qualified Consultants in accordance with the Compensation Plan and their qualifications. If at any time during a month a Consultant account is suspended for compliance or policy issues, their commission check for that month will be held until the Compliance Department determines a resolution to the issue. If it is found that there was no violation, the check will be issued at that time. If the account is terminated as a result of proven violations, the commission will not be paid. The minimum amount for which Paparazzi will issue a check or direct deposit is $20.00 (after a $2.50 processing fee for printed checks). If a Consultant’s earnings for the month total less than the aforementioned amount, those funds will be placed on their Paparazzi account to be added to the next commission payout cycle. Once the minimum amount has accumulated, the standard payout process will be triggered. In the event that a check must be reissued due to misinformation out of the control of Paparazzi, an additional $2.50 will be charged and taken from the check amount.
Bonuses and Commissions. Bonus and Commission Qualifications An Affiliate must be active and in compliance with the Agreement to qualify for Bonuses and Commissions. So long as an Affiliate complies with the terms of the Agreement, WOR(l)D shall pay Commissions to such Affiliate in accordance with the Compensation Plan. - Adjustment to Bonuses and Commissions
Bonuses and Commissions. Commissions will be deposited in Consultants‘ Pay Portals no later than the close of the business day on the tenth day of each month following the commission period. If the tenth falls on a holiday or weekend, Scentsy Family Pay Portals will be funded on the next business day. New Consultants will receive information on how to set up their Pay Portal account within two (2) weeks from enrolling.

As of the Closing Date, Radiant shall be responsible for (i) all earned but unpaid bonuses to be paid to Transferred Individuals for periods preceding the quarter in which the Closing Date occurs, (ii) all earned but unpaid commissions that are directly related to revenue recognized by Radiant to be paid to Transferred Individuals for periods preceding the quarter in which the Closing Date occurs and (iii) all earned but unpaid commissions to be paid to Transferred Individuals that are directly related to revenue recognized by Radiant during the month ended January 31, 2004. Enterprise shall assume liability for and shall be solely responsible for all bonuses to be paid to Transferred Individuals for the quarter in which the Closing Date occurs and for all periods thereafter. Enterprise shall assume liability for and shall be solely responsible for all commissions to be paid to Transferred Individuals which are not directly related to revenue recognized by Radiant during the month ended January 31, 2004 and shall assume liability for and shall be solely responsible for all commissions to be paid to Transferred Individuals for all periods after the Closing Date. The amount of the quarterly bonuses and commissions to be paid by Radiant to Transferred Individuals pursuant to this Section 4.3 shall be determined in accordance with the usual terms of Radiant’s Plans and shall be payable at the same time as bonuses and commissions are normally payable or such earlier time as mutually agreed to by the parties (the “Payment Date”). Radiant shall on or prior to the Payment Date pay to Enterprise the bonuses and commissions for Transferred Individuals for which Radiant is liable pursuant to this Section 4.3 (including the employer’s portion of all FICA, FUTA and other employment taxes) and Enterprise shall as soon as practicable after the Payment Date pay the full amount of such bonuses and commissions to the Transferred Individuals.
