Agent Agreement definition

Agent Agreement means the agreement entered into on or about the Issue Date between the Issuer and the Agent, or any replacement agent agreement entered into after the Issue Date between the Issuer and an Agent.

Agent Agreement means a written agreement between the department and a local health department, under which the department authorizes the local health department to administer a retail food program as the department’s local agent.
