Month and Year. For purposes of this Agreement and the method of computing paid time off (PTO), extended illness bank (EIB) time, and other conditions of employment (except as otherwise provided herein in this Agreement), one (1) month’s employment shall consist of one hundred seventy-three and three-tenths (173.3) hours/month regular paid hours (excluding overtime and callback hours), and one (1) year of employment shall consist of twelve (12) months of continuous employment. However, for purposes of computing longevity (wage increments), a “year” shall be defined as one thousand six hundred sixty-four (1664) hours of work (excluding overtime and callback hours) or twelve (12) months, whichever comes last.
