Common use of Month Work Cycle Clause in Contracts

Month Work Cycle. (i) An Employee who is absent on any form of leave without pay for less than a total of five days in any work cycle will not have payment reduced when proceeding on accrued days off. (ii) An Employee who is absent on any form of leave without pay for a total of five days or more in any work cycle will have such period of leave added to the work cycle.
