Monthly Capacity Charge. Buyer shall also pay a Monthly Capacity Charge, which shall be calculated in accordance with Attachment A. If accounting information is not available to exactly determine the Monthly Capacity Charge by the invoicing deadline for a given month, the Monthly Capacity charge will be estimated in a commercially reasonable manner and adjusted to actual on the following month’s invoice.
