Monthly Construction Reporting. The Borrower shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Administrative Agent, promptly upon receipt, but in any event not later than five Business Days after receipt thereof, each IE Construction Report, Monthly Progress Report (as defined in the BOP Contract), each Monthly Report (as defined in the Construction Management Agreement), each Monthly Progress Report (as defined in the Equipment Services Agreement) and each Monthly Progress Report (as defined in the Equipment Purchase Agreement).
