Common use of Monthly Progress Report Clause in Contracts

Monthly Progress Report. To the TIFIA Lender, for each calendar month during the Construction Period, a report executed by a Xxxxxxxx’s Authorized Representative, on or before the 15th day of the second (2nd) calendar month succeeding such calendar month covered by the report, that (A) specifies the amount of Total Project Costs expended since the Effective Date as well as during the calendar month covered by such report and the amount of Total Project Costs estimated to be required to complete the Project, (B) provides a demonstration that the Borrower has sufficient funds (including funds on hand and funds obtainable without undue delay or conditions that cannot reasonably be satisfied by the Borrower as and when such funds are needed) to complete the Project, (C) provides an assessment of the overall construction progress of the Project since the date of the last report and since the Effective Date, together with an assessment of how such progress compares to the Construction Schedule, (D) reviews the status of Principal Project Contracts, (E) specifies the Projected Substantial Completion Date specified in the Financial Plan most recently submitted to the TIFIA Lender, (F) provides a detailed description of all material problems (including actual and anticipated cost and/or schedule overruns, if any) encountered or anticipated in connection with the construction of the Project since the date of the last report, together with an assessment of how such problems may impact the Construction Schedule and the meeting of critical dates thereunder and a detailed description of the proposed solutions to any such problems, (G) specifies the delivery status of major equipment and the effect, if any, that the anticipated delivery dates of such equipment has on the overall Construction Schedule, (H) specifies any proposed or pending change orders, (I) specifies any material changes or deviations‌ from the Borrower’s land procurement plans or schedule, (J) provides a discussion or analysis of such other matters related to the Project as the TIFIA Lender may reasonably request and (K) provides a revised Project Budget updated through the end of the preceding calendar month. The Borrower shall respond, and use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Construction Contractors to respond, to the XXXXX Xxxxxx’s inquiries regarding such report, the construction of the Project and any such Construction Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Principal Construction Contract to which such Construction Contractor is a party.

Monthly Progress Report. To You must submit monthly progress reports to the TIFIA Lender, TCEQ Project Manager electronically. These progress reports must be submitted for each calendar month during no later than 15 days after the Construction Period, a end of the previous month. The first reporting period is from the award issuance date to the end of that month and the first report executed by a Xxxxxxxx’s Authorized Representative, will be due to the TCEQ Project Manager on or before the 15th day of the second (2nd) calendar following month. Subsequent reports will be due every month succeeding such calendar month covered by thereafter, until the reportproject is completed. Monthly Progress Reports must include, that (A) specifies at a minimum, the amount following: An update on the schedule and status of Total Project Costs expended since carrying out the Effective Date as well as during the calendar month covered by such report project, including new problems encountered and the amount suggestions to overcome them; An explanation of Total Project Costs estimated expenditures to be required date, with expenditures linked to complete the Project, (B) provides a demonstration that the Borrower has sufficient funds (including funds project results; Information on hand and funds obtainable without undue delay or conditions that cannot reasonably be satisfied by the Borrower as and when such funds are needed) to complete the Project, (C) provides an assessment each of the overall construction progress following areas: A comparison of actual accomplishments with the Project since the date of the last report and since the Effective Date, together with an assessment of how such progress compares to the Construction Schedule, (D) reviews the status of Principal Project Contracts, (E) specifies the Projected Substantial Completion Date anticipated outputs/outcomes specified in the Financial Plan most recently submitted Work Plan; The reasons why anticipated outputs/outcomes were not met (if applicable); and Other pertinent information, including, when appropriate, analysis and explanation of cost overruns in excess of the approved Budget in the approved Proposal for Grant Activities; or high unit costs. You agree to notify TCEQ of problems, delays, or adverse conditions which materially impair the ability to meet the outputs/outcomes specified in the assistance agreement Work Plan. You must submit semi-annual reports even when You have not made progress during the reporting period. The Final Progress Report. You must submit a final report to the TIFIA Lender, (F) provides a detailed description TCEQ within 20 days prior to the expiration or termination of all material problems (including the approved project period. Monthly Progress Report. (b) Each Monthly Progress Report shall include: (i) an executive summary describing all Project since Work completed during the date of the last report applicable month and since the Effective Date, together with an assessment of how such progress compares to the Construction Schedule, (D) reviews the status of Principal ongoing work; (ii) a Project Contractslook ahead working level schedule, (E) specifies the Projected Substantial Completion Date specified in the Financial Plan most recently submitted aligned to the TIFIA Lender, (F) provides a detailed description of all material problems (including actual and anticipated cost and/or schedule overruns, if any) encountered or anticipated in connection with the construction of the Project since the date of the last report, together with an assessment of how such problems may impact the Construction Schedule and the meeting most recent Schedule Update, describing all planned Project Work activities over the next 30, 60 and 90 days, including details of critical dates thereunder all associated activities required to be completed by the City (if any); and (iii) dashboard narratives on the following topics, each in separate report sections: (A) safety statistics and man-hours (broken down by Project Co work forces and Subcontractors) for the previous month, as reported pursuant to Section 9 [Accidents and Incidents] of Schedule 11 [Project Safety Requirements]; (B) quality issues for the previous month, including a detailed description summary of NCR status and audits performed, as reported pursuant to Section 3.7 [Monthly Quality Management Reports] of Schedule 9 [Quality Management]; (C) financial reporting of the proposed solutions previous month’s invoicing against contract value, along with a table listing all the previously approved invoices and their respective values plus a similar table for all Change Order Confirmations to date; (D) environmental inspection reports and issues for the previous month, as reported pursuant to Schedule 10 [Environmental Performance Requirements]; (E) Transportation Accommodation reports and issues for the previous month, as reported pursuant to Section 1-4 [Transportation Management] of Schedule 5 [D&C Performance Requirements]; (F) Design and Construction progress for the previous month, including variances from the Construction Schedule and the Submittal Schedule and Register and any such problemsrelated issues, including identification of problems and issues that have arisen during the current reporting period, and are causing delay or may cause delay to the Design or Construction, outstanding problems and issues and summary of resolved problems and issues; (G) specifies interfaces and Integration progress for the delivery status of major equipment previous month, including meetings held with the LRV Supplier, the Operator and the effect, if any, that the anticipated delivery dates of such equipment has on the overall Construction Schedule, TransEd; (H) specifies any proposed or pending change orders, updates to the Hazard Logs; (I) specifies communication and engagement progress and issues for the previous month, including a summary of any material changes or deviations‌ from the Borrower’s land procurement plans or schedule, events and inquiries; (J) provides a discussion any other information or analysis of such other matters data which describes the previous month’s progress or issues related to the Project as the TIFIA Lender may reasonably request Design and Construction; (K) provides Project risks, including: (1) descriptions of all Project risks identified during the applicable reporting period that may materially affect Project Co’s ability to comply with the Project Requirements, together with Project Co’s strategy for mitigation of each such risk; and (2) updates with respect to the status of, and any changes in, each previously identified Project risk, updated to the current reporting period; (L) progress photographs for each Site that support the assessment of progress; (iv) to the extent not included in the foregoing, the reports required pursuant to Section 1.7(a) of this Agreement; and (v) corrections to the most recent past monthly report where the City has identified errors or lack of clarity in reporting that have not been corrected in that past report. This shall include reference to the section and a revised Project Budget updated through the end statement of the preceding calendar month. The Borrower shall respond, and use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Construction Contractors to respond, to the XXXXX Xxxxxx’s inquiries regarding such report, the construction of the Project and any such Construction Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Principal Construction Contract to which such Construction Contractor is a partycorrected information.
