Operations and Maintenance Manuals. Submit the following to the State’s Authorized Representative: - Two (2) hard copies of Operations and Maintenance Manuals. - Two (2) electronic compact disks (CDs).

Operations and Maintenance Manuals. The contractor shall furnish O&M manuals and recommended spare parts lists for O&M of the contractor-installed ECMs and modified agency equipment. O&M plans and spare parts lists shall be submitted prior to agency acceptance of the project, as specified in the TO.

Operations and Maintenance Manuals. BA shall provide the City with all applicable operations and maintenance manuals pertaining to equipment installed on this project.
Operations and Maintenance Manuals. As part of the Work, Contractor shall submit two completed operation and maintenance manuals ("O&M Manuals") for review by the Owner prior to submission of any pay request for more than 75% of the Work. Owner’s receipt of the O&M Manuals shall be a condition precedent to any payment thereafter due. The O&M Manuals shall contain:
a. A complete set of all submittals, in order by submittal number, and indicating accepted product
b. All product data sheets clearly identifying products used on project
c. Training information including videos as appropriate
d. Telephone, email list and other contact information for all consultants, manufacturers, installer and suppliers
e. Sequence of operations
f. Bill of materials and/or replacement parts list
g. Schematic diagrams of systems
h. Appropriate equipment indices
i. Warranties and bonds. The Owner shall review and return one O&M Manual for any modifications or adjustments required. Prior to submission of its final pay request, Contractor shall deliver one complete and approved set in electronic form and three complete and approved hard copy sets of O&M Manuals as derived from and organized identical to the electronic files to the Owner and Owner’s receipt of the O&M Manuals shall be a condition precedent to Owner’s obligation to make final payment.
Operations and Maintenance Manuals. Consultant shall utilize the existing O&M Manuals as the basis for the updated manual. Equipment and facility information that has not changed shall be copied, arranged and formatted into the revised manuals. Changes that are discovered during the facility inspection shall be reflected in the manual, including equipment information, the extent practical. The manuals shall include recommendations for inspection and maintenance.
Operations and Maintenance Manuals. At closing, Seller or Developer shall deliver three (3) bound copies of the Operations and Maintenance Manuals for all major items in the Building, including systems and equipment, and the originals of all manufacturers', suppliers' and other third party warranties and guarantees for any Project item.
