Common use of Monthly Progress Report Clause in Contracts

Monthly Progress Report. This report shall include a description of the activities during the reporting period, and the activities planned for the ensuing reporting period. The first reporting period consists of the first full month of performance plus any fractional part of the initial month. Thereafter, the reporting period shall consist of full Calendar months. The Contractor shall submit a Monthly Progress Report. The format should include: A cover page that includes the contract number and title; the type of report and period that it covers; the Contractor’s name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address; and the date of submission; The progress report shall conform to the requirements set forth in the DELIVERABLES in SECTION F of this contract.
