Common use of Monthly Water Drafting Reports Clause in Contracts

Monthly Water Drafting Reports. During active Class I water drafting operations, streamflow, and drafting rate measurements shall be collected at least every two weeks and provided to CDFW by email (XXX@xxxxxxxx.xx.xxx). The form provided in Appendix B may be used to facilitate completion of this report.
