Moral Rights Waiver. Employee hereby releases, waives and assigns in favor of Company any and all “moral” rights related to the Works of Authorship, including without limitation: the right of paternity (i.e., acknowledgment of authorship), disclosure, withdrawal and integrity (i.e., right to prevent changes to the work).
