More Favourable Conditions. If provisions in the legislation of a Contracting Party and the judicial or administrative practice thereto, specific commitments entered into with regard to an investment, or international obligations between the Contracting Parties contain a rule, whether general or specific, entitling investments by investors of the other Contracting Party to treatment more favourable than it is provided for by this Agreement, such rule shall to the extent that it is more favourable prevail over this Agreement.
