More Generous Polices and Other Legal Requirements. Nothing in the ESSTA is intended to discourage, prohibit, diminish, or impair the adoption or retention of a more generous safe and sick time policy, or the obligation of an employer to comply with any contract, collective bargaining agreement, employment benefit plan or other agreement providing more generous safe and sick time. The ESSTA provides minimum requirements pertaining to safe and sick time and does not preempt, limit, or otherwise affect the applicability of any other law, regulation, rule, requirement, policy or standard that provides for greater accrual or use by employees of safe and sick leave or time, whether paid or unpaid, or that extends other protections to employees. The ESSTA may not be construed as creating or imposing any requirement in conflict with any federal or state law, rule or regulation. EXHIBIT F CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE Instructions to New York City Agencies, Departments, and Offices All certificates of insurance (except certificates of insurance solely evidencing Workers’ Compensation Insurance, Employer’s Liability Insurance, and/or Disability Benefits Insurance) must be accompanied by one of the following:
