Morongo Transmission LLC. 4.4.11.1 In addition to the foregoing, the CAISO, Morongo Transmission LLC (“Morongo Transmission”), and the Participating TOs acknowledge and agree that Morongo Transmission is entitled and obligated to recover the just and reasonable costs of developing, financing, constructing, operating, and maintaining transmission assets and associated facilities forming part of the network through Morongo Transmission’s Transmission Revenue Requirement as established from time to time by FERC, including the specific rate principles approved by FERC in Docket Nos. EL14-40-000 and EL16-41-000 and TO Tariff approved by FERC in Docket No. ER21-669 to the extent that the transmission assets and associated facilities are placed under CAISO Operational Control.
