Common use of Mortgage Recorded Clause in Contracts

Mortgage Recorded. With respect to any Mortgage that has not been recorded in the name of MERS, as agent for the holder from time to time of the Mortgage Note, each original Mortgage was recorded or submitted for recordation in the jurisdiction in which the Mortgaged Property is located and all subsequent assignments of the original Mortgage have been delivered in the appropriate form for recording in all jurisdictions in which such recordation is appropriate.
