Most. favoured‑nation treatment 1. Each Party shall accord most‑favoured‑nation treatment to goods of the other Party in accordance with Article I of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) 1994 and its interpretative notes, which are incorporated into and made part of this Agreement, mutatis mutandis. 2. Paragraph 1 shall not apply in respect of preferential treatment accorded by either Party to goods of another country in accordance with the WTO Agreements.
