MOTION FOR FINAL APPROVAL. Not later than 16 court days before the Final Approval Hearing, Plaintiffs will file in Court a motion for final approval of the Settlement that includes a Proposed Final Approval Order and a proposed Judgment (collectively “Motion for Final Approval”). Class Counsel will provide drafts of these documents to Defense Counsel in advance of filing for Defense Counsel’s review. Defendants shall accept service of the Motion for Final Approval (and any other motions, declarations, proposed orders, exhibits, or other documents filed therewith) via electronic service at the addresses set forth in this Agreement or, if an electronic service agreement is already in place, pursuant to the Parties’ electronic service agreement.

Not later than 16 court days before the Final Approval Hearing, Named Plaintiffs will file in Court and serve on Defendants a motion for final approval of the Settlement that includes a Proposed Final Approval Order and a proposed Judgment Judgment, which shall specifically state and include a request for approval of the PAGA settlement under Labor Code § 2699, subd. (collectively “Motion for Final Approval”l). Class Plaintiffs’ Counsel will provide drafts of these documents to Defense Counsel in advance of filing for Defense Counsel’s reviewreview and revision. Defendants Defendant shall accept service of the Motion for Final Approval (and or any other motions, stipulations, declarations, proposed orders, exhibits, or other documents filed therewithin connection with this Settlement) via electronic service at the email addresses set forth in this Agreement or, if an electronic service agreement is already in place, pursuant to at the email addresses in the Parties’ electronic service agreement.
